A Hands on Grilling Class with John Ash and Jeff Madura
To get ready for the summer grilling season John and John Ash & Co. Executive chef Jeffrey Madura will lead the class in a hands-on grilling extravaganza with several of their favorite recipes. Definitely ribs, fish and chicken are on the menu along with some fun techniques like hobo packs will be served up for all to enjoy. Class limited to 20 participants. Also great wines and other drinks to serve with grilled foods will be served to wash it all down! Price $125.00 (inclusive)

4th Annual Pinot Family Reunion

More than 40 wineries will participate in the fourth annual Pinot Family Reunion at the Vintners Inn Event Center and John Ash & Co. The wine and food tasting will be at the Vintners Inn Event Center from 1 to 4 p.m. and will feature live music.   A family-style dinner will follow at the Terrace at John Ash & Co. restaurant at 5 p.m. The proceeds from the event will benefit the Breast Care Center at Sutter Medical of Santa Rosa.

The tasting and three-course dinner will be paired with some of Sonoma County’s top Pinot varietals.  John Ash & Co.’s Executive Chef Jeffrey Madura has created a special menu for the family-style dinner to highlight each wine. The cost for tasting only is $80 per person in advance, $95 at the door, including a logo tasting glass. The cost for the Tasting dinner is $175 per person, all inclusive. A Contemporary Seafood Menu Class at Vintners Inn Event Center
John compiles his best Contemporary Seafood recipes in this fun and informative class. Menu will include Asian shrimp cocktail, chilled green pea soup with crab, scallops with roasted garlic sabayon and achiote seabass with citrus salsa. John will also be discussing the issue of sustainability in general with all seafood. Jennifer will wine pair each dish accordingly. Price $125 (inclusive)
