Wednesday, July 15, 6:30–9:30 pm
"Summer Hands-On-Grilling"

We'll continue our exploration of grilled foods in this hands-on class. On the menu are grilled Rattatouille, Brown Sugar Quail stuffed with Wild Mushrooms, Pork Tenderloin with Spicy Apricot Barbecue Sauce and more. Class limited to 20 participants. Also great wines and other drinks to serve with grilled foods will be served to wash it all down!

Monday, September 14, 6:30–9:30 pm
"The Chef's Table"

In this hands-on class 12 students will gather in the kitchen and prepare a really special 6 course meal. We'll then sit down after our labors and enjoy each course with special wines selected by John and sommelier Jennifer Warful. On the menu: Grilled Pizzas with pancetta and fresh mozzarella, Chilled Heirloom Tomato Soup with Salsa Verde, Wild Halibut wrapped and steamed in Swiss Chard with Coconut Curry Sauce, Tenderloin of Beef with Blackberry Sage Sauce and Hen of Woods Mushrooms and more! Price $155 (inclusive)

"Champagne Brunch "

In this demonstration class we'll explore the construction of a delicious Champagne Brunch with an eye toward doing dishes that can mostly be prepared in advance. Isn't the idea to enjoy Brunch with your family and friends and not feel like a slave in the kitchen? Among the items on the menu are Buttermilk-Cinnamon Coffee Cake, My Grandmother's Chesse Blintzes, Green Chile and Chorizo Strata and more served with what else: Champagne!

Friday, November 13, 6:30–9:30 pm
"A Special Holiday Dinner "

Thanksgiving is all about turkey and stuffing, cranberries and mashed potatoes. My kid's tell me don't mess with that menu. For other Holiday meals its fun to strech a little and add some new dishes to the repertoire. Tonight's dinner demonstration focuses on those wonderful classic American celebration dishes including Dungeness Crab Newburg, Frisee Salad with Bacon and Poached Egg, Steak Diane and Julia's Apple Crepe Cake. All thing old become new again! Price $99 (inclusive)
