Chef Thomas Schmidt's inspired wine country cuisine changes seasonally to take advantage of the
abundance of locally grown fresh foods. Our chefs work personally with more than 30 Sonoma County farmers and
food producers to secure the best and freshest ingredients for his menus, and he also oversees the restaurant's
own on-site fruit, vegetable, and herb gardens.
Our menu includes an exceptional array of options, including small-plate selections for those who prefer a
lighter meal or wish to try a number of our delectable specialties. If you're new to wine, or wish to be adventurous,
our wine steward will be pleased to suggest some options. Or, try one of our popular wine flights: three, two-ounce pours
that showcase several different varietals.
35th Anniversary Celebration!
In honor of the 35th Anniversary of John Ash & Co. in Santa Rosa, we are offering a special $35 three course tasting
menu from Monday, August 10th thru Saturday, August 15th. In addition we are adding some “menu items from the past
