Valentine’s Day Dinner

Celebrate Love at John Ash & Co. with a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, from 5:30 – 9:30pm. Dine surrounded by vineyards while you enjoy a 3-course, fixed price dinner menu designed by Chef Tom Schmidt especially for this day. Choose from passion-inspired dishes such as Hog Island Oysters, Purple Cauliflower Soup with Lobster, Foie Gras Trio, Rose Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Seared Ahi Tuna, Roasted King Salmon, Grilled Filet of Angus Beef, Honey Pecan Rack of Lamb, or Roasted Duck Breast. Then finish your meal with a luscious dessert like Chocolate Mousse Dome with Red Velvet Cake or Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee with Salted Bourbon Macaroon and Butterscotch Gelato. Pair these delicious dishes with wine or a cocktail from The Front Room Bar & Lounge.
